Do you have experience of Bipolar Disorder?

Do you sometimes feel anxious or worried?

Due to the nature of research testing new therapy, participants must meet a certain criteria to be able to take part. This does not mean that Imagery Based Emotion Regulation would not be effective for people who do no fit the criteria, it is just something that would need to be looked at in a later stage.

What type of people are we looking for?

- Aged 18 - 65

- Diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder

- Mild anxiety

- Sufficient understanding of English

- Living in Berkshire or Devon or willing to travel to either locations for research/therapy appointments
